We believe Vietnam need not borrow stories from elsewhere — this land already holds so much to be proud of.
Four flavours of Vietnam
Each expression blends these four familiar sources of flavour in its own way.
Lowland sugarcane
Grown on alluvial soil for a clean, gently sweet juice with little acidity — the ideal base for natural fermentation.
Tea
Gentle notes of oolong tea bring smoothness and balance — most noticeable in Mellow.
Highland cacao
Warm, slightly bitter cacao adds depth to the body — the signature of Bold.
Highland coffee
Roasted coffee lengthens the finish, giving a bold, dry character.
Working with local farmers
We buy directly from growers each season, favouring farms that do not burn their fields after harvest.
The cane is pressed on the very day it is harvested to keep its fresh aroma — because the best ingredient is one that still carries the story of where it was grown.
